Dear Customer,

Due to covid-19 (corona virus) shipment of purchased goods on our webhop may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience – and thank you for understanding that the current circumstances globally do affect our shop as well. Take care and be safe!

Returns and exchanges
We offer a 14 days full refund upon receipt of our products, if you change your mind.

The products must be returned in original condition and in the original, undamaged package. We reserve the rights to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria. Used, opened and/or sale items cannot be returned. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us. Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense. The refund will be paid once the goods are well received at whats|the|story. There is a two-year legal warranty, if the product is faulty (cf. Danish Consumer Rights).

Prices
All prices in the webshop are inklusive of Danish VAT (25%), payable for all private customers inside EU. When we ship to countries outside EU the price will be the same, but no VAT will be included. We do not provide VAT refunds. All prices are in DKK and EUR.

Out of stock
