All goods are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark and we ship worldwide with PostNord/PostDK. We pack and ship all goods carefully in protective card board envelopes or boxes.
Deliveries outside EU
As we ship via standard postal services most packages will go straight through customs, but please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.
Depending on your country and weight of purchased goods, shipping rates vary. Shipping costs are displayed in your cart upon checkout.
Approximate shipping prices within EU: EUR 5 – 60.
Approximate shipping prices to rest of the world: EUR 10 – 110.
Free shipping in Denmark: Buy over DKK 500 and you will get free shipping.
Customs/duties or additional fees
Please be aware that we are not responsible for paying any custom fees. We urge all international customers to check with their local customs office or post office to inquire about duties or any additional shipping fees prior to placing an order. If delivery is refused by the customer because they do not want to pay the fees charged by their customs office or postal carrier, we cannot guarantee any refunds. In the event that the product is returned to us completely undamaged, we will issue a refund for the price of the product only. No shipping charges will be refunded.
We dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days from the date of payment.
EU: approximately 3-7 business days.
Rest of the world: approximately 14-21 business days.
Please note – we cannot take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays, force majeure etc. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. If your order should be delayed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and remember to state your order number.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. We do not refund for packages lost in the mail due to incorrect address provided by the customer. If an undeliverable package is returned to us completely undamaged, we can re-ship to the correct address, but shipping will be charged again. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us right away: email@example.com.
If you are not home upon delivery
If you are not home upon delivery, your package will be delivered to a post office near you where you can collect it. Your local postal service will advice you about this.
