Shipping
All orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark and we ship worldwide with UPS or PostNord. We pack and ship all goods carefully in protective card board envelopes or boxes.
Currently, we do not ship to the following countries due to tariffs and/or import restrictions:
USA
Belarus
Russia
Ukraine
Shipping costs
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping costs. When ordering from outside of the EU, taxes are always applied. Taxes and duties are applied by local tax authorities and differ from country to country and will be based on the value of the order and the type and size of the product.
The responsibility is the recipient’s and it will not be accepted as a reason for refusing the package.
All packages have track and trace. Tracking information with be sent to you in a separate e-mail from our shipping partner when your order is being processed.
Free shipping in Denmark: Buy over DKK 500 and you will get free shipping.
Delivery times
We dispatch all orders within 4-5 business days from the date of payment.
EU: approximately 3-7 business days.
Rest of the world: approximately 14-21 business days.
Please note – we cannot take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays, force majeure etc. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. If your order should be delayed, please contact us at info@whatsthestorycph.com and remember to state your order number.
If you are not home upon delivery
If our shipping partner is not able to make the delivery they will contact you either by phone or e-mail to schedule a re-delivery or your package will be delivered to a local postal service near you.
Delivery address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. We do not refund for packages lost in the mail due to incorrect address provided by the customer. If an undeliverable package is returned to us completely undamaged, we can re-ship to the correct address, but shipping will be charged again. If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please email us right away: info@whatsthestorycph.com.
